Our community's mission
is to compassionately provide immediate relief and pathways to lasting stability for our homeless neighbors, uniting to offer shelter, resources, and supportive services that restore dignity and empower individuals to rebuild self-sufficient, thriving lives within a community that truly cares. We achieve this by creating a welcoming environment for immediate needs and addressing root causes through holistic care, fostering hope, and advocating for systemic change, ensuring no one is left behind.
What We Do
We work beside our residents to help guide them with things they need to be successful. Providing the love and support they need to know that they are not alone. We also assist with second chance programs that aid and education and preparing them to get back into the workforce. Shared living, offers the opportunity to rebuild character, friendship and a relationship to integrating society.

We offer private and shared rooms.
Each room is thoughtfully provided and designed with quality furniture, comfortable bedding, and personal storage. All living spaces are set up to ensure comfort, so that all residents feel at home, which includes washer & dryer at hand.
Our independent shared living features a secure entry door lock along with 24/7 security camera monitoring for added peace of mind this includes coverage of the home perimeter and inside all common areas for the safety of all individuals, excluded privacy areas.
Maintenance
Together we will ensure that all common areas and private spaces are kept clean and maintained.
All - Inclusive Utilities
We handle everything regarding utilities including high speed Wi-fi and electricity, to ease the burden on our residents to ensure an easier, stabilizing life.

Joyful Journeys Safe Haven serve's independent veterans, seniors, unhoused individuals, age out of foster care and re-entry citizens with verifiable income seeking safety and independence.
We have a strict drug, alcohol, weapon and violence-free program. This is to ensure a respectful and safe environment.
We have regular routine wellness checks for our residents to ensure their safety and livelihood. Also monthly home visits to ensure the safety and cleanliness, inside and outside.
We have secure codes that each resident must have to enter the home.
Curfews are set with an understanding of work hours.
The property is monitored by a 24/7 security monitoring system.
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas where you'll find proper disposal cans.
When financial stability not just look good, but feels good due to affordable independent shared living.
PRICING & REQUIREMENTS
Pricing & Payments
Joyful Journeys Safe Haven offers housing with affordable rates. Please note that there is a non-refundable Community Fee required for all new residents, and final pricing varies based on income, room type and availability. We accept SSI/SSDI/VA and private pay, making our housing accessible to individuals with verifiable income seeking stability and independence.
Requirements
To ensure a safe and supportive community, residents must have stable verifiable income through SSI, SSDI, or employment, be able to live independently, and commit to maintaining a drug-free, alcohol-free, violence-free, and respectful living environment.

Recovery Programs
Our program is designed to guide individuals towards a life of offering a safe environment for personal growth, peer connections, and skill development. Our Housing is an Independent living program. Joyful Journeys Safe Haven L.L.C is not an ADL, (assistant of daily living) program. If by any means you need personal care, it has to be an outside provider.
Community Support
